Motor-One Autoswitching Wireless

Motor-One Autoswitching Wireless
Our top seller...

Designed for officers who:

  • Use their Helmet Headset with both their Portable Radio and their Mobile Motorcycle Radio
  • Require “seamless” helmet communications at all times.

On the motor or off the motor, with or without a helmet...the Motor-One Autoswitching System has you covered!

The System:

  • Wirelessly connects the helmet headset to the motorcycle radio when the officer is on his motor, and to his portable radio when he dismounts – automatically with no switches and no cables to plug and unplug.
  • The Motor-One shouldermic works as a standard lapel speakermic.
  • When the helmet is connected to this shouldermic, the shouldermic is muted and all communications are re-routed into the helmet headset. Additionally, the shouldermic is automatically powered-on and establishes a wireless connection to the motorcycle.
  • Press the Push-to-Talk (PTT) switch at the shouldermic to transmit using the headset with the portable radio, or press the PTT switch at the handlebars to transmit using the headset with the motorcycle radio.
  • A second PTT switch at the handlebars activates the siren’s public address (P.A.) system, allowing the officer use of his helmet microphone to direct traffic, for example.
  • With the kickstand up, all audio received at the motorcycle radio is routed to the helmet earphones. The level of this receive audio is set with the motorcycle radio volume adjustment.
  • With the kickstand down, all audio received at the portable radio is routed to the helmet earphones. The level of this receive audio is set with the portable radio volume adjustment.

All this without a tether cable to the motor...
