Our Autoswitching wired system is designed to accommodate the Officer who uses his helmet headset with both a Portable Radio and a Mobile Motorcycle Radio, and would prefer to be tethered to the motor.

Shouldermic hardwired to the headset or breakaway cable option to replace shouldermic.
Connect Wired Autoswitching System
Plug into the bike using the wired motor kit with PA and push to talk available at the handlebars.
Key Features and Operation:
The headset is automatically routed away from the portable radio and connects to the motorcycle radio.
Mobile Radio transmissions using Helmet microphone are now activated by Push-To-Talk (PTT) switch at motorcycle handlebars.
By pressing a second handlebar PTT button, the motorcycle siren will be activated as a Public Address (PA) System, allowing Officer to broadcast from helmet microphone to direct traffic, etc. without removing hands from the handlebars.
The helmet can be connected directly to the Motorcycle, bypassing the Portable Radio and Auto-switching Adapter.
Auto-switching Portable Radio Adapters are designed for use on motorcycles with a secondary mobile-mounted radio. Allows for “quick-release” attachment of a Shoulder-Com speaker-mic or motorcycle helmet.
Portable radio speaker automatically mutes when headset connection is made.
Push-to-Talk is available both at radio adapter and at the accessory, when attached. Adapter continually senses the pigtail connection to the motor and automatically routes helmet to the proper radio without use of beltboxes or switches. Compatible with most radios.
