Our Motor-One Wireless Autoswitching system is designed for Officers who use their helmet headset to receive from both their portable radio and motor mounted radio. Easily switch from mobile radio receive to portable radio receive by lowering your kickstand.

Key Specifications and Operation:

The System:

• Wirelessly connects helmet headset to the motorcycle radio when officer is on motor, and to portable radio when they dismount – automatically with no switches and no cables to plug and unplug.

• Motor-One shouldermic works as a standard lapel speakermic.

• When helmet is connected to shouldermic, shouldermic is muted and all communications are re-routed into the helmet headset. Additionally, the shouldermic is automatically powered-on and establishes a wireless connection to the motorcycle.

• Press Push-to-Talk (PTT) switch at shouldermic to transmit using the headset with the portable radio, or press PTT switch at handlebars to transmit using the headset with the motorcycle radio.

• A second PTT switch at the handlebars activates siren’s public address (P.A.) system, allowing officer use of helmet microphone to direct traffic

  With kickstand up, all audio received at motorcycle radio is routed to helmet earphones. level of receive audio is set with motorcycle radio volume adjustment.

  With kickstand down, all audio received at portable radio is routed to helmet earphones. level of receive audio is set with portable radio volume adjustment.
